DOMESTIC SHIPPING We now offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders over $49.00 USD to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Small orders (under 13 oz) will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Due to lost packages and extremely slow shipping by USPS to some foreign countries, international customers will be required to upgrade to Express Mail International. Express Mail International has an estimated 3-5 business day delivery time. This usually equates to 10 calendar days for your package to arrive, with increased shipping time around holidays and to far east countries.
In January 2013, USPS raised rates by $7.00 Express Mail flat rate envelopes to $44.95. International shipping rates are as follows for most orders (Larger items may have additional shipping fees and pedalboards do not ship internationally): Orders under $99 USD, the fee is $44.95; for orders $99 to $199, the fee is $35; for orders $200 to $299, the fee is $25; for orders $300 to $349, the fee is $12; for orders $350 and above, shipping is free.
SHIPPING TO CANADA Canadian customers are given the choice of First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. First Class Mail can only be used up to four pounds, (for this option, please contact us prior to ordering). Priority Mail can sometimes be very close to the cost of Express Mail and without the benefit of tracking or insurance. Please contact us prior to ordering if you wish to use the Priority Mail option. Express Mail rates are as follows: Orders under $99 USD, the fee is $34.95; for orders $99 to $199, the fee is $25; for orders $200 to $299, the fee is $15; for orders $300 and above, shipping is free.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES Customs fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. E.A.R.S. PRO AUDIO, LLC is not responsible for any fees incurred as the result of importing merchandise into other countries. E.A.R.S. PRO AUDIO, LLC strictly adheres to international shipping laws and will not declare a lower value on customs forms to avoid said fees. E.A.R.S. PRO AUDIO, LLC has the right to refuse service to anyone who makes such requests.
PROCESSING TIMES Most small orders are shipped in a 1-2 business day time frame. Larger orders can take up to 5 business days. To check the status of an order, please contact us via email or phone. We work as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.
WARRANTIES We offer a lifetime warranty on our cables. In the unlikely event that one of our cables should fail through normal use, we will fix it, free! We will also repair Evidence Audio cables purchased elsewhere at no cost. However, we do ask that the customer pay shipping charges both ways.
